The short version
We collect only what Chatterlace needs to work, we don't sell it, and you can download or delete it at any time.
What we store
- Your account: your email address, display name, role, and when you confirmed you're 18 or older.
- Your settings: platforms and room names, tip menu, room title presets, Lovense tiers.
- Tips: the tips the Lace app reads from your rooms (tipper's public username, amount, note, time, platform), so we can show your stats.
- Chat: recent public chat from your rooms, kept for about 3 days so you can follow it on the web, then deleted automatically.
- Sign-in records: which devices are signed in and when they were last used. Sign-in links, codes and session keys are stored only in a one-way scrambled form.
Your platform logins
You sign in to Chaturbate, Stripchat and CamSoda inside the Lace app, and those logins stay on your device. If you turn on login sync, the app encrypts them on your device with a passphrase only you know before anything is sent. We store only that encrypted copy and can't read it. If you lose the passphrase, we can't recover it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- We don't read or store your platform passwords.
- We don't record or store your video.
Who processes it
Chatterlace runs on Cloudflare, which hosts our servers and database and sends our emails. Their handling is governed by their own terms and data-processing commitments.
Your choices
From Account settings you can download everything we store about you, sign out any device, delete your synced logins, or delete your account and all its data permanently.
